WHO/WHAT:

This is a members-only business meeting for current ACES members in good standing. No play during this event.

What:

Agenda highlights include:

• Membership vote: Confirm Louis to the Board-at-Large seat.

• Elections:

  • Co-Chair — 2-year term (fall re-election)

  • Board-at-Large — 1-year term (open seat)

• Brief organizational updates and announcements.

Voting will be conducted per ACES bylaws; results announced during the meeting.

When:

Saturday, October 4
Doors: 3:30 p.m. • Meeting: 4:00 p.m. (please arrive early for check-in)

Kitsap ACES

How to Run / Nominate:

Interested in the Co-Chair or Board-at-Large seat? You can express interest in advance by emailing kitsapaces@gmail.com, and/or during the nominations portion of the meeting. Candidate remarks will be time-limited to keep the agenda on track.

Before You Arrive:

• Members-only; bring member ID card for check-in

• We’ll verify membership status at the door (renewals available if needed)
