📣 Call for Vendors! — ACES Vendor Fair (Applications Due Aug 31)

We’re curating a fun, community-forward vendor lineup for our ACES Vendor Fair. If you make awesome things (art, apparel, accessories, body-safe goods, kink-adjacent wares, etc.), we want to hear from you!

WHO/WHAT:

Call for Vendors for the ACES Vendor Fair. This listing is for applications, not general admission. Spaces are limited; selection will prioritize fit, variety, and community alignment.

12:00–5:00 p.m.
ACES – Kitsap County (address provided to accepted vendors)

Deadline: Saturday, August 31 (11:59 p.m.)

How to Apply

Send an email to kitsapaces@gmail.com with:

• Business name and professional name (if different)

• Brief description of what you sell

• 3–5 photos of your products and/or past booth setups

• Preferred booth size (we’ll do our best to accommodate)

Fees, Booths & Logistics:

• Booth sizes and fees will be confirmed upon acceptance.

• Load-in/out, setup details, and table/chair availability will be emailed to accepted vendors.

• Power access is limited; note if you require electricity.

• 18+ venue. All vendors must follow ACES Rules & Code of Conduct.

Timeline:

• Applications close: Aug 31

• Notifications: sent shortly after the deadline

• Load-in details: provided with acceptance packet
